Via the free app maps.me, you can type in Tugboat Beach and the navigation will lead you here. However, if you do not have this app at your disposal, these are the directions.
From Willemstad, you drive to Salina, and from here you drive onto the Caracasbaaiweg. You drive all the way down this after which you turn left at the sign 'Windsurfing & Paddleboarding'. Here you drive straight until you can take a turn to the right. Take the left road. At the next T-junction, turn right. A little further straight ahead you can park your car and Tugboat Beach Bar is on your left.
